White Water Rafting

To flow and row on the running of the rivers is one of the most popular adventures in our country. With all security equipment and guided by a profesional, you can enjoy beautiful forest scenery in rivers like Reventazón, Pacuare, Sarapiquí, General and Corobicí.

Surfing

Our seas are the attraction for thousands of surfers from all over the world. Big waves, warm water, cheap lodging, good food and entertainment - all this makes surfing in Costa Rica "pura vida"! Beaches like Naranjo, Playa Grande, Langosta, Jacó, Hermosa, Escondida, Dominical, Puerto Viejo, Manzanillo are some of the main points for this beautiful and exciting sport.

Kayaking

A sport that you can practice on rivers and sea. The Nicoya Península, Golfo Dulce and beaches like Manuel Antonio, Hermosa and more, are places where you can find perfect conditions for sea kayaking. Rivers like San Juan, Río Frío, and some lakes like Lake Arenal are ideal for this adventure sport.

Fishing

Costa Rica is famous worldwide for fishing. Why? Because in this small country you find, on the Pacific and the Caribbean coast, sailfish, giant marlin, high-jumping tarpon, snook, tuna, wahoo, roosterfish, dorado, tripetail, billfish, fat snook, barracuda, kingfish, spanish and cero mackerel, jack crevalle and many, many more....

Windsurfing

Arenal lake has been rated by champions all over the world as one of the best five places for windsurfing. The velocity and intensity of the wind here make windsurfing much easier.

Diving

On Costa Rican coasts you can find underwater caves, sharks, all kinds of fish. There are two islands where you can find a real underwater richness: Coco's Island and Caño Island.

Trekking

Climb a mountain or walk for hours in a tropical forest. Trails for trekking make walking in our national parks a beautiful experience.
